Introducing the latest release in the series: Distil Your World Paris. The Macallan Master Whisky Maker, Kirsteen Campbell and El Celler de Can Roca chef, Joan Roca, went in search of the essence of the capital of cuisine, Paris, guided by acclaimed chef Anne-Sophie Pic. The experience inspired them to translate the spirit of Paris into a unique single malt whisky and an exceptional menu.

Aged for 18 years and finished in the finest Spanish Sherry Casks, this limited release brings a richer, sweeter depth to the Highland Malt at its core. Expect layers of vanilla, juicy barley and dark chocolate, leading into a decadent finish of macerated dark fruits and spiced orange.

Only 650 bottles exist worldwide, and this edition is available exclusively online. It’s a true pinnacle expression – and one that won’t be easy to find again once it’s gone.

Home collections are available for those customers sending 10+ bottles or bottles to the value of £1000. Lots can be split over the next three auctions.  Unfortunately this service is not available in London. Although we do have four collection points in London.

Collections are limited and offered on a first come first served basis. It is essential that a submission sheet is completed, you can find the link to do so under the selling section on your ‘My SWA’ page. It would be appreciated if bottles could be packed for uplift with your name clearly marked on the front of the box.

A winner in our auction? We are now offering a delivery service to customers who are dropping bottles off for a future auction. This service is charged at £12 (inc. VAT), optional loss and breakage cover is available.

The Redbreast Iberian series celebrates the relationship between their founder and the imports of special Iberian peninsula wine casks dating back to the 1800s. Using Moscatel casks from Malaga, Spain, the single pot still Irish whiskey from the famed Midleton distilelry is finished in these casks form Bodegas Quitapenas that held Moscatel wine for 24 months before being emptied and sent to Midleton, where they were filled with Redbreast whiskey in 2024.
