I’ve been guilty of ignoring a lot of world whiskies, not intentionally! It’s just that there’s so much to get through, and you want to make sure that you’re reviewing things that apply to yourself and your viewers.  But not reviewing whiskies from Paul John was a bad idea from me; this stuff is delicious! The Edited is a peated, natural colour, non chill filtered offering from the Goa based distillery. Established in 1992 and still going strong, Paul John is something that I’ll be paying much more attention to in the future! Full of tropical fruit and a smoke that is almost like scented chocolate, this is an impressive whisky for £40.
