And they have their very own whisky, aptly named Smoking Buffalo. This 5th edition is something special though, being a Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery, finished on an Islay cask, thus living up to the name!

We are pleased to have Mr. Jan Beckers, Douglas Laing’s Global Ambassador presenting 6 whiskies from their “Old Particular” line of independent bottlings of Rare Single Barrel Scottish Whiskies.
We will be sampling 6 whiskies and our talented kitchen team will once again be pairing 5 of them with 5 stunning dishes. This evening’s whiskies are from 6 different distilleries from across Scotland including a 35 year old from one of Glasgow’s closed distilleries.
