Scotland’s windswept islands have been key centres of whisky making since the early days of distilling in the 15th century. Today, the furthest-flung corners of Scotland are home to some of the most celebrated distilleries in the world.
Though often described as a region, the Islands are officially part of the Highlands, with Islay recognised separately. The isles of Arran, Mull, Jura, Raasay, Skye, Lewis and Orkney all produce single malts, ranging from light and fruity to boldly peated with coastal influence.
Introducing the second release in Laphroaig’s prestigious Archive Collection – a 38-Year-Old single malt Scotch whisky that embodies the enduring craftsmanship and character of Islay. This ultra-rare expression showcases the bold, peated signature of Laphroaig, matured over decades in a trilogy of American ex-Bourbon, second-fill oloroso sherry hogshead, and European oak oloroso-seasoned casks. Presented in a hand-blown, sea-glass-inspired bottle, only 400 bottles of this limited edition exist globally.
Bottled at 41.3% abv, expect notes of dried fruits, crystallised ginger, and a subtle campfire smokiness, offering a rich, layered experience designed for true connoisseurs.

We proudly present our oldest bottling to date. This single cask was distilled in 1988 at our most local distillery – Glen Garioch. This malt inspired us to delve into Aberdeen’s rich history, and with the help of Finn Thomson, we designed the label around one of the most important and oldest industries in the city – granite.
The label features the shape of Rubislaw Quarry, where most of the granite in the city came from, on the background of a microscopic picture of granite, showcasing the unique structures and colours of the material.
The whisky itself was aged for 36 years in a single bourbon barrel, creating elegant and rich flavours in an older style of Glen Garioch, pre-dating the many changes the distillery underwent in the 90s.
With each pour, this bottle brings together the lasting power of granite and the timeless craft of whisky, celebrating Aberdeen’s enduring strength in every sip.
It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Hakushu 18 Year Old Peated Suntory Tsukuriwake 2024
The Hakushu Peated Malt Aged 18 Years exemplifies the art of marrying ingredients, techniques and terroir. Throughout their long history of using peated malt, House of Suntory blenders have harnessed Hakushu’s climate to unveil intricate layers of flavour from the peated malt’s robust smoke character. Long maturation catalyzed by Hakushu’s exceptionally pure water reveals a wave of clean smoke, deepening into herbaceous mineral notes and undertones of ripe apples. A vibrant nose of sage, ripe green apple, and hints of pineapple which lead into a palate full of complex smoke, grapefruit and acacia honey. The finish brings clean smoke that lingers with undernotes of fresh green citrus.

16 May 2025, London – Chivas Regal, the luxury Scotch whisky is teaming up with cult favourite, Willy’s Pies, to serve a limited-edition whisky-infused pie at the Emirates as a tribute to the Gunners community and north London pride.
Available ahead of the final home game of the season on Sunday 18th May, the Chivas Regal and Willy’s Pie delivers a luxurious take on the typical match-day staple. Infused with Chivas Regal’s signature blended 12 Year Old Scotch whisky, the pie combines the finest Scottish ingredients with a bold blend of flavour, heritage and community spirit. Supporters can expect tender, slow-braised beef brisket, paired with caramelised shallots, deglazed in Chivas Regal 12 Year Old, Isle of Mull cheddar and laced with rich gravy – all wrapped in Willy’s signature buttery puff pastry and finished with gold dust, as an additional nod to the iconic luxury Scotch.
To bring the collaboration to life beyond the pitch, and as part of its wider commitment to delivering elevated entertainment and experiences to supporters, Chivas Regal has enlisted comedian and fellow Arsenal supporter, Mo Gilligan, to launch a new content series ‘Pies and Punchlines’. The first episode will be available on 22 May and will see Mo serve up pie-related humour and cheeky football banter as he sits down with Arsenal players including Kai Havertz, Mikel Merino, and Leo Trossard. From hilarious deep dives into matchday rituals to player impersonations and unexpected anecdotes, the series offers a light-hearted, behind-the-scenes look at the personalities behind the shirts.

In a reimagining of the mash bill of their flagship Small Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Castle & Key swaps the spicy rye for wheat, resulting in a creamy, confectionary finish for their inaugural small batch wheated bourbon with Batch 1 revealing a warmer, more confectionary profile than the fruitier Batch 2. Mash bill of 73% white corn, 10% wheat and 17% malted barley. This batch was blended with 49 barrels. Aged 5 years. Aromas of caramel, persimmon, malted milk ball, and wintergreen transition to a medium-bodied palate of shortbread, leather and light allspice before finishing with sweet black tea. Non-chill filtered.
