It’s time for our last note this year, and we wanted to leave you with our new Christmas film, which shows there are some things every festive table should have. We hope you get the chance to share a dram or two with family and friends during Christmas and New Year.

As we close the door on 2022, we look forward to a new year with new limited edition and single cask releases, special events and more. We also aim to be back shipping to our international family members.

The deep, complex smoke of The Peat Monster perfectly offsets the fresh citrus flavours of this classic cocktail. Best enjoyed at a lively holiday gathering.

60ml / 2 oz of The Peat Monster

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Lemon zest to garnish

1 sugar cube

Ice

Add one sugar cube to a rocks glass, then add the Bitters. Muddle the sugar. Add ice, then the whisky, and stir. Garnish with lemon zest. Serve and enjoy.Try a fruit-forward twist on this classic winter warmer. The lemon and honey flavours in this mix perfectly bring out the apple sweetness of Orchard House. This recipe serves two, so why not share it by the fireside with someone special?

60ml / 2 oz of Orchard House

180ml / 6 oz boiling water

2 cinnamon sticks

2 lemon wedges

2 cloves

Stud each lemon wedge with a clove. Put one wedge and one cinnamon stick into each glass. Stir the whisky and honey together in a mixing glass. Pour the mixture evenly into both glasses. Top it up with boiling water. Serve and enjoy.

The spicy-sweet crispness of ginger ale deliciously balances The Story of the Spaniard’s deep red wine flavours. A strong yet simple serve. Perfect for sipping over talks of what the New Year may bring.

180ml / 6⅓ oz of good quality ginger ale

Orange peel to garnish

Ice

Fill a Highball glass with ice and then add the whisky. Top with the ginger ale. Add orange peel to garnish. Serve and enjoy.
