This multi-faceted single malt is crafted from a selection of our rarest sherry seasoned oak casks, chosen for their distinctive sweet raisin note, decadent depth of flavour and velvety mouth-feel. These hand-selected casks are a rare and special discovery, unearthed by the Whisky Mastery Team in their quest to seek out the extraordinary.

With its entirely natural ruby mahogany hue, velvety texture and complex character, this release offers a rare sensorial experience to savour, share and gift.

The Macallan Rare Cask showcases the perfection that can be delivered when a single note shines. The intense sweet raisin note that can be found within Rare Cask is hard to find in the whisky stocks at The Macallan. Layered with notes of sweet raisin, vanilla, dark chocolate and citrus, and enveloped in a rich, velvety mouthfeel, this exceptional single malt delivers an indulgent, sensorial experience from nose to finish.

NOSE Soft notes of vanilla with rich raisin, followed by a sweet fusion of fresh apple, lemon and orange.

FINISH Long, rich and velvety.

SPRINGBANK 10YO FINO CASK MATURED

This new Springbank 10yo bottling is the fourth edition in our five-part Sherry Series, matured for four years in refill Bourbon hogsheads followed by six years in fresh Fino hogsheads made from American oak. 11,400 bottles are available worldwide.

NOSE The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits.

PALATE Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge on the palate.

FINISH Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.

The Glenlivet, the definitive Speyside single malt, announces the launch of The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Jamaica Edition, Treasure Beach. This is the first release in the ‘Beyond Speyside’ series, which captures the essence of distinctive destinations around the world. This innovative expression combines the signature smoothness of The Glenlivet with the vibrant, sun-soaked flavours of Jamaica, offering whisky enthusiasts a unique and adventurous tasting experience. 

Inspired by Treasure Beach, a hidden gem on Jamaica’s south coast, this 12 Year Old single malt scotch whisky is selectively finished in casks that previously held Jamaica Rum, imparting tropical flavour notes of coconut, juicy pineapple, and velvety caramel for a fruity and smooth finish. These qualities authentically encapsulate the vibrancy and warmth of Jamaica’s beautiful coastline, creating a truly distinctive whisky experience.

The upcoming release of Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength is matured exclusively in Bourbon casks — this is the first batch to use 100% Bourbon casks since 2021.

NOSE A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.

PALATE The complexity builds in the palate, with notes of smoke cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.

FINISH Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.

Mannochmore 2016 Christmas PX Octave

We’ve bottled an extremely limited octave for Christmas, full of rich and spiced flavour and perfect for these longer nights. A very special release for Christmas 2025. This Mannochmore was matured in a hogshead for just under 8 years, then finished in an ex-Pedro Ximénez Octave for 14 months for layers of dried fruit and sweetness.

Founded by John MacDougall in 1815 as one of the first official distilleries on Islay, over its 200+ year history, Ardbeg Distillery has firmly established itself as one of the most iconic single malt producers, not only on Islay and in Scotland but across the globe. The arc of Ardbeg’s evolution over the last two centuries has not always been smooth and upward and, in fact, in the 1980s and 1990s, it twice ceased operations until, in 1997, it was acquired by Glenmorangie and returned to full production. When Glenmorangie was subsequently acquired by LVMH/Moet Hennessy, Ardbeg became part of that group and, ever since, its trajectory has been solidy upward.

Key to Ardbeg’s status and achievements is its distinct style which is premised on an unabashed embracing of its coastal and peaty provenance.
