Heaven Hill Brands Celebrates Grand Opening of Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown

Return to hometown distilling marks $200 million investment in American Whiskey’s future

BARDSTOWN, KY — Heaven Hill Brands, the nation’s largest family- owned & operated distilled spirits company of brands, today commemorated the grand opening of the Heaven Hill Springs Distillery—a state-of-the-art facility that marks the return of distilling to Bardstown since 1996.

The $200 million distillery began production in April 2025 and joins Heaven Hill’s existing Bernheim facility in Louisville, significantly expanding the company’s Bourbon production footprint. With this expansion, Heaven Hill cements its position as the largest independent Bourbon producer in the world, supported by decades of intentional growth and long-term investment in both Bardstown and Louisville.

“As an independent, family-owned company, we’ve always had the freedom to take the long view,” said Kate Latts, Co-President, Heaven Hill Brands. “Heaven Hill Springs Distillery is a long-term, generational investment in our brands, our people, and our place in Kentucky. It’s designed not just for today’s whiskey, but for the future of American Whiskey.”

The opening ceremony brought together elected officials, industry partners, media, employees, and the Shapira family, who have led the company since the first barrel was filled on Friday, December 13, 1935.

Built for the Long Term

The facility began operation with an initial capacity of 150,000 barrels per year, with future scalability to 450,000 barrels. Key features include:

  • A 60-foot Vendome copper still producing over 33,000 proof gallons per day
  • In-house live yeast propagation using Heaven Hill’s proprietary strain
  • Onsite wastewater pretreatment creating renewable energy, lessening the load on city infrastructure.
  • A 22-gallon beer system, reducing the distillery’s water consumption by over 24,000 gallons per day.
  • Integrated energy efficiency systems, including LED lighting, highly efficient power systems, and extensive use of insulation on hot equipment.
  • Onsite white oak woodland and native prairie habitat restoration, as well as stormwater detention basins minimizing runoff.

The facility is a flagship of Heaven Hill’s 2030 Environmental Sustainability Strategy and represents a significant leap forward in operational efficiency and environmental stewardship.

“You don’t lead a distillery like this without understanding the shoulders you stand on,” said Conor O’Driscoll, Heaven Hill Master Distiller. “This facility is a tribute to the craftsmanship and care that came before me and a promise that we will continue to live up to those standards, while advancing the science, sustainability, and innovation that today’s whiskey world demands.”

A Living Legacy

The first barrel at the new distillery was filled in April by Charlie Downs, Master Distiller Emeritus and the only Heaven Hill employee to have worked at all four of the company’s distilleries, from the original Old Heaven Hill Springs to Bernheim in Louisville, the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, and now, the new Springs facility in Bardstown.

Throughout the site, there are moments that honor the legacy of Parker Beam, whose 56-year tenure in distilling helped shape Heaven Hill’s identity and elevate American Whiskey as a whole. His impact is reflected not only in our production practices but in the stories, traditions, and standards that continue to guide us today.

Today, that lineage continues through Conor O’Driscoll, Heaven Hill’s current Master Distiller, who leads with precision and vision, and Jodie Filiatreau, our Artisanal Distiller at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, who brings our legacy to life every day for thousands of guests.

To commemorate the opening of the new distillery, Heaven Hill released Heaven Hill Master Distillers Unity, a one-time, limited-edition Bourbon that brings together three distinct distilling eras. The release includes the last remaining  barrel that was distilled at the original distillery in 1991 by Parker Beam, mingled with 14-year-old, 8-year-old and 6-year-old barrels distilled at Bernheim by Beam, Denny Potter, and O’Driscoll. Together, they reflect a 34-year timeline of craftsmanship and continuity. Approximately 4,000 bottles are available, bottled at 107 proof, and sold exclusively onsite for $225.

Storytelling in Every Detail

Architectural and interior design elements were led by Joseph & Joseph and brought to life by Buzick Construction, with contributions from dozens of local trades and subcontractors. The distillery’s public-facing and visitor center areas were transformed thanks in large part to the craftsmanship of Rustic Nail, whose work helped shape the visual identity of the space.

Standout design features include:

  • A striking two-story feature bar with back-painted glass and warm brass detailing
  • Custom copper tanks fabricated and installed to resemble those from Heaven Hill’s historic Glencoe facility
  • Custom lobby casework designed with handcrafted brass inlays
  • Limestone pavers, a cascading rock fountain and runnel, and original bricks salvaged from the Thomas Speed House, which originally stood on the property
  • Benches handmade by a Heaven Hill Springs employee using reclaimed wood from the Speed House floor joists. One in memory of Parker Beam and one in honor of Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery.
  • A custom ombre glass tile backsplash and a chandelier with raindrop-shaped glass bulbs, evoking the natural spring water the site is named for

Every element was designed to reflect the intersection of Heaven Hill’s heritage, the natural beauty of Bardstown, and the future of immersive Bourbon storytelling.

A New Visitor Experience: Heritage Rising

Heaven Hill also announced the debut of its new Heritage Rising Tour, opening to the public on September 8. The small-group experience begins at the Heaven Hill Bourbon Experience, includes transportation to the new distillery, behind-the-scenes access, and a guided tasting at the facility’s signature bar. Tickets are $55 and available now, here.

Investing in Community

As part of its ongoing commitment to Bardstown, Heaven Hill has pledged $500,000 to the Bardstown Aquatic and Sports Center, now under construction. Additional on-site features, including forestry education, pollinator habitats, and native landscaping, demonstrate the company’s continued investment in natural and cultural stewardship.

“We’re building for the next 90 years the same way we’ve led for the past 90, by staying true to our values, investing in our people, and committing to the communities that make Bourbon possible,” said Co-President Allan Latts.

Introducing Toronto’s Newest Whisky Festival ~ Whisky Social

Whisky weather is here, and we couldn’t be more excited as Spirit of Toronto gets set to launch Whisky Social, Toronto’s newest whisky festival. Drumroll please…

It’s surreal how quickly all of this is coming together, but here’s a mock-up of the tasting glasses that are currently in production as I type. And to think that just a month ago Whisky Social was a glint in our eyes, but that’s serendipity for you.

(New glass, new whisky festival: scroll to bottom for the punchline if you’re pressed for time)

We’d been toying with the idea of a sibling for years, but it wasn’t until last month that we came across the perfect venue, a beautifully renovated heritage building along Lakeshore East in Mississauga.

When we visited the space in August it was love at first sight: the exposed brick, the garage doors, the outdoor courtyard – food trucks! – the bank of large windows, the natural light that floods the space from all angles, including a 50ft skylight. (We just don’t architecture like we used to, do we?)

And location, location, location! Right on Lakeshore East, just 3 stops from Union Station. In short, it’s the perfect blank canvas to paint the kind of relaxed, low-key daytime whisky festival we’ve always enjoyed when traveling to distant lands. “No drama, just drams,” says Patrick (my BFF and oyster Jedi), in a reference to the many gears involved in bringing Spirit of Toronto to life every May.

By contrast Whisky Social will be focused on the sips and the craic, as my Celtic mates say, hence our tagline: “A Gathering of Kindred Spirits”.

No masterclasses, no cocktails, no ice, no dress code, no babysitter, no FOMO. (So many no’s, such bad marketing!) Below is the clever elevator pitch that I’ve crafted for the occasion:

POV: If Spirit of Toronto is the filet mignon of whisky experiences then Whisky Social is a smash burger… laidback and informal, but equally satisfying.

(Spoiler alert: smash burgers and whisky are a match made in heaven!)

From our many conversations these past few weeks, brands and distillers ‘get it’, and look forward to pouring their wares in a grassroots setting where like-minded whisky stans can gather to revisit old favourites and discover their next go-to bottle.

Brands are still being confirmed, but so far I’m excited that Whisky Social will be featuring a handsome selection of whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, Japan, India and, of course, Canada – including the fantastic range of single malt whisky being made in the Yukon by our friends at Two Brewers, as well as a 28-year-old Canadian whisky finished in Tokaji casks (more to come!)

And if we’re lucky, we may even be hosting a final bow from one of Canada’s longest serving master blenders – fingers crossed.

TLDR: Here’s The Punchline

  • What?Whisky Social
  • When?Saturday November 1st from 1pm to 5pm
  • Where?SAIB on Lakeshore East, 12-minute walk from Long Branch Station (3 GO stops from Union)
  • Why?Because you’re in the mood for a relaxed, comiccon-inspired afternoon of tasting and talking whisky with kindred spirits: no FOMO, no babysitters, no dress code, just come as you are and make it back home in time for dinner
  • How?By purchasing a ticket when they go on sale Thursday September 25 at 10am through our website

Tickets Go On Sale Next Week

Tickets for Whisky Social are $139 and include all whisky samples, the tasting glass pictured above, and a $10 voucher that can be redeemed at one of the food trucks in our outdoor courtyard – smash burger anyone??

Full details and a ticketing page are in progress at:

https://www.whiskysocial.ca

The website is currently a work in progress, but if you’re subscribed to this list you’ll receive automatic notification once the ticketing page is live, as well as occasional pitches to get you through the door.

So maybe see you Saturday November 1st?

Sláinte,
Johanna

Johanna Ngoh
Founder, Spirit of Toronto (and now Whisky Social!)

PS: Did someone ask about tasting kits? Rest assured that good things come to those who wait: good things from Campbeltown, good things from Islay, good things from the Highlands, good things from the Lowlands, good things from Fife…

In short, stay tuned for more details as we unveil the Spirit of Toronto 2025 Fall Collection featuring the 8 whiskies on our personal wish list this season, accompanied by online tastings with the people behind these drams.

Silver anniversary celebrations for one of whisky’s most famous icons as the much-loved Glencairn Glass turns 25 – Whisky Glass News

Silver anniversary celebrations for one of whisky’s most famous icons

as the much-loved Glencairn Glass turns 25

This year marks a momentous milestone for Glencairn Crystal as the globally loved Glencairn Glass celebrates its 25th birthday.

Since its launch in 2000, the Glencairn Glass, the world’s official whisky glass and winner of the Queen’s Award for Innovation, has become the tasting glass for connoisseurs, collectors and distillers alike – a modern icon designed to elevate the whisky drinking experience for whisky lovers everywhere.

“When I first sketched the idea for the Glencairn Glass all those years ago, I wanted to create a proper whisky glass, something that would bring out the best in the spirit that we hold so dear,” said Raymond Davidson, the founder of Glencairn Crystal and the creator of the Glencairn Glass.

A global glass phenomenon

Since its debut a quarter century ago, more than 5 million Glencairn Glasses are now sold each year, with 50 million glasses sold to date across more than 140 countries. To give this figure some context, 50 million Glencairn Glasses stacked one on top of the other would nearly reach the centre of the Earth – or would be more than 650 times taller than Mount Everest.

Whether it’s used in whisky tastings, distillery tours, or proudly displayed in home collections, the Glencairn Glass is instantly recognisable by its tulip shape, expertly designed to concentrate aromas and enhance every sip. It is also widely respected within the industry as the official glass for whisky, endorsed by master blenders, distillers, and aficionados.

“To see the Glencairn Glass embraced by whisky drinkers around the world over the last twenty-five years has been incredibly humbling and exciting. We would like to thank the industry we love for all their support over the years and invite them to raise a Glencairn Glass in celebration with us!” said Raymond.

Cheers to 25 Years

As the Glencairn Glass celebrates its silver anniversary, Glencairn Crystal is preparing a host of fun activities and celebrations filled with nostalgia, community spirit and whisky appreciation. From retro throwbacks to exclusive limited-edition releases, the celebrations will span across Glencairn’s online store, Amazon platform, and social media channels bringing fans together to toast a quarter-century of innovation within whisky and the iconic glass that changed the way we enjoy our drams.

Glencairn Crystal was started by Raymond Davidson over 40 years ago and the award-winning company remains a proud family-owned business based in East Kilbride, Scotland. With Raymond’s sons Paul and Scott at the helm, the company has grown from a specialist glassware studio to a pillar of the global whisky industry – having worked with more than 600 distilleries worldwide whilst keeping its craftsmanship rooted in family values and Scottish tradition.

For more information and updates on the 25th anniversary celebrations, visit www.whiskyglass.com  or follow on social media @TheGlencairnGlass.

2025 Glencairn Glass Fun Facts

  • It takes over 3 hours to make a Glencairn Glass and for each engraved Glencairn Glass up to 9 people will be involved in its creation and finishing.
  • The Glencairn Glass is available in over 140 countries, in all 7 continents, in every corner of the globe – including Antarctica.
  • Over 5 million glasses are now sold every year – which is enough to give every person in the whole of New Zealand their own glass each annually.
  • 50 million Glencairn Glasses have been sold to date:
    • If you stacked 50 million Glencairn Glasses one of top of the other they would stretch 5,750 km – well into outer space, far beyond satellites, the International Space Station, and even the Earth’s atmosphere. That’s almost enough to reach the centre of the Earth or be well on your way to orbit.
    • 50 million Glencairn Glasses stacked on top of each other is also over 650 times the height of Mount Everest.
    • If laid end to end, that’s also more than enough Glencairn Glasses to stretch from New York to London.

Glencairn Crystal Awards:

This year Glencairn Crystal was honoured with a King’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation. The company first received the Queen’s Award for Innovation in 2006 for the Glencairn Glass, followed by the Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2012.

Glencairn Crystal has also been named a finalist in the Department for Business and Trade Exporter of the Year Award at the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards 2025. The winners will be announced in November.

Other accolades include Whisky Advocate Industry Leader of the Year in the US in 2011. In 2019 Glencairn Crystal was one of only seven Scottish companies to join the London Stock Exchange Group’s ELITE programme for fast-growing companies, and recognition in the 2023 Scottish Export Index as one of the top 20 companies demonstrating excellence in international trade.

THE VAN WINKLE FAMILY UNVEILS 2025 COLLECTION WITH A RARE 25 YEAR OLD BOTTLE AVAILABLE AT AUCTION

One of the fall’s most highly-anticipated whiskey releases arrives with the return of the coveted Van Winkle Collection, including the chance to secure a piece of bourbon history

FRANKFORT, Ky (September 10, 2025) – Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery and Buffalo Trace Distillery proudly announce the 2025 release of the coveted Van Winkle Whiskey Collection. Returning to shelves this September, the annual offering is a centerpiece for collectors and connoisseurs alike, showcasing the family’s renowned wheated bourbon and rye whiskey recipes across six celebrated expressions: Old Rip Van Winkle Handmade Bourbon 10 Year Old, Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year Old, Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye 13 Year Old, Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 15 Year Old, Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 20 Year Old, and Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 23 Year Old. Additionally, in honor of this year’s release, one rare bottle of Old Rip Van Winkle 25 Year Old – recently rediscovered at the Distillery – will be included in Legacy de Forge’s National Bourbon Heritage Month Auction starting September 10, 2025

The annual release continues to embody what makes this family of whiskeys a hallmark in the American Whiskey category: exceptional taste, legendary craftsmanship, and a legacy that resonates across generations.

“As always, each release represents years of quiet work, careful aging and a deep respect for the legacy we carry forward,” said Preston Van Winkle, 4th Generation, Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery. “We’ve taken great care to ensure the quality of this year’s release lives up to the Van Winkle name. We’re proud to share this whiskey with those who appreciate the craft, patience and tradition that go into every bottle.”

In celebration of the 2025 Van Winkle Collection release and National Bourbon Heritage Month, Legacy de Forge, a new global platform to improve access to Sazerac’s most coveted spirits, will present an exclusive series of rare whiskey auctions this September. Leading the offerings is Old Rip Van Winkle 25 Year Old, the oldest and rarest expression ever released under the iconic name, paired with a private tasting with Julian Van Winkle – and a story as rare as the whiskey inside.

Originally filled into its hand-engraved Glencairn crystal decanter in 2017, Bottle #706 was safely tucked away at Buffalo Trace Distillery, untouched for nearly a decade. As one of the final bottles from the original 710 produced, it emerges as more than a rare collectible: a once-hidden treasure made available for enjoyment by today’s enthusiasts. Beyond its rarity, this archival bottle carries a provenance and a story that elevate it into the realm of legend, offering the opportunity to experience a true piece of bourbon history.

Legacy de Forge’s September Bourbon Heritage Month Auction will feature eight curated lots in total, offering enthusiasts direct access to distinguished bottlings including O.F.C 2006, the newly-released Colonel E.H. Taylor Distiller’s Council and a Stagg Single Barrel pick. Bidding opens at 10:00 a.m. ET on September 10, 2025, and will close at 10:00 a.m. ET on September 24, 2025. For more information, please visit https://legacydeforge.com/release/bourbon-heritage-month-2025.

  • Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye 13 Year Old – $229.99

A long, warm finish lingers with caramel, spice, and dry oak.

  • Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve Bourbon 15 Year Old – $239.99

This limited batch amplifies the 15YO signature sweetness with added depth. The nose is captivating with aromas of brown sugar, caramel corn, and vanilla mingle with wood and a hint of cherry. The palate is rich with leather, oak, and dark fruit, smoothed by brown sugar and lifted by cherry brightness. A long, dry finish leaves lingering spice, oak tannins, and a warming touch of fruit and sugar.

  • Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve Bourbon 20 Year Old– $359.99

This special batch brings depth to a bourbon known for its intensity and elegance. The nose is vibrant with citrus zest and dried fruit joined by lush notes of plum and cherry. On the palate, smooth citrus and vanilla meet juicy stone fruit and hints of sherry, creating a beautifully balanced sip. The finish is long, elegant, and fruit-kissed leaving behind whispers of plum, cherry, and warm spice.

  • Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve Bourbon 23 Year Old – $499.99

This batch turns up the intensity while staying true to the heart of the Pappy Van Winkle. The nose is bold and inviting leading with rich caramel and cream, joined by oak, leather, and a hit of ripe cherry. The palate is full and flavorful, with vanilla, honey, and maple leading the way, with a burst of cherry and a warming heat. The finish is long, oaky, and fruit-laced leaving behind notes of spice, sweetness, and the satisfying heat of a stronger pour.

“Those who follow this release year after year know it’s not just about whiskey, but about what it represents,” said Julian P. Van Winkle III, President, Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery. “This whiskey collection is a reflection of our family’s legacy and a tribute to the generations who came before us. The legacy, combined with anticipation, the stories shared over a pour, the appreciation for extended aging – that is what makes each release so special.”

The Van Winkle family reminds fans that neither they nor Buffalo Trace Distillery control the prices individual retailers charge for the expressions. The family also strongly recommends those interested in the Van Winkle Collection to purchase through a licensed retailer. Whiskey enthusiasts increase their risks of alcohol scams by purchasing from secondary markets and online sellers including Craigslist, eBay, and social media groups. Additionally, many alcohol scams take place overseas. In some cases, consuming alcohol that is not purchased from a licensed retailer can lead to bodily harm and even casualties.

Whiskey buyers who believe they have been scammed should not drink out of their bottle. They should also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, contact their State Attorney General’s office, and contact their credit card company about its fraud protection policies.

About Van Winkle Bourbon

The Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery carries a proud four-generation legacy. The Van Winkle family’s roots in the bourbon industry trace back to the late 1800s with Julian P. “Pappy” Van Winkle, Sr., who began his career as a traveling salesman for the W.L. Weller and Sons wholesale house in Louisville. In time, Pappy and his colleague, fellow salesman Alex Farnsley, purchased the wholesale house and joined forces with A. Ph. Stitzel, purchasing his distillery. Together, the three merged their ventures, creating the renowned Stitzel-Weller Distillery after Prohibition.

In May of 1935 at the age of 61, Pappy opened the newly completed Stitzel-Weller Distillery in South Louisville. Its prominent brands were W.L. Weller, Old Fitzgerald, Rebel Yell, and Cabin Still.  Pappy had a heavy influence on the operations there until his death at the age of 91. His son, Julian, Jr. took over operations until he was forced by stockholders to sell the distillery in 1972. The rights to all of their brands were sold to Norton Simon, Inc. Later, United Distillers, who eventually ended up with the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, sold off all of the original labels around 1999.

After selling the distillery, Julian Jr. resurrected a pre-Prohibition label, the only one to which the Van Winkles kept the rights, called Old Rip Van Winkle. He used whiskey stocks from the old distillery to supply his brand. Julian Jr.’s son, Julian, III took over in 1981 when Julian, Jr. passed away. Julian III has continued with the Van Winkle tradition of producing high-quality wheated bourbon. His son, Preston, joined the company in 2001 and the Van Winkles look to continue that tradition for generations to come.

In 2002, the Van Winkle family partnered with Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, reuniting the Van Winkle and Weller bourbons under one roof. The collaboration was a natural fit, as Buffalo Trace was already producing the wheated mash bill used in Weller bourbon. Today, all Van Winkle whiskey is crafted at Buffalo Trace Distillery, produced with the same uncompromising standards the family has upheld for generations. In 2024, SBS partnered with St. Jude for the Blanton’s Gold Charity Sweepstakes and raised more than $1 million. In recent years, SBS has worked with multiple charitable organizations to raise more than $4 million for a number of great causes. Though the Elmer T. Lee Charity Sweepstakes is open to the public, SBS encourages those who are not members to sign up and participate in the quarterly drawings. SBS membership is free and those interested can sign up here.

Widely considered a 20th-century bourbon pioneer, Elmer T. Lee joined the George T. Stagg Distillery, known today as Buffalo Trace Distillery, in 1949 as a maintenance engineer, quickly rising through the ranks to become Plant Manager and Master Distiller. He led the Distillery into a new era of modernization and, in 1984, introduced Blanton’s—the world’s first single-barrel bourbon. Just two years later, following his retirement, Elmer was honored with his own namesake release: Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey, hand-selected and bottled to meet the exacting standards he established. Perfectly balanced and rich, this single barrel bourbon has a nose that brings notes of clove, vanilla, and old leather. The palate offers balances fruit, honey and vanilla with a light spiciness.

Kentucky Senator Bourbon Named “Bourbon of the Day” at Kentucky Downs for Third Consecutive Year – American Whiskey News

Kentucky Senator Bourbon Named “Bourbon of the Day” at Kentucky Downs for Third Consecutive Year

For the third consecutive year, Kentucky Senator Bourbon has been named as the Bourbon of the Day sponsor on September 7th at the iconic Kentucky Downs, one of America’s most exclusive and prestigious Thoroughbred racing venues. Known for its age-stated, small-batch character and deep Kentucky roots, Kentucky Senator Bourbon will once again take center stage during a meet that draws top horsemen, racing enthusiasts and spirited fans from across the country.

Continuing a cherished tradition, each winner on September 7th at Kentucky Downs will be presented with a custom-engraved bottle of Kentucky Senator Bourbon-a keepsake that perfectly pairs the thrill of victory with the craftsmanship of a fine, award-winning bourbon. These bottles not only celebrate the moment but also become lasting mementos, often displayed proudly long after the cheers of the winner’s circle fade.

Kentucky Senator Bourbon will be showcased throughout the September 7th race program at Kentucky Downs with a race entitlement, signage, key bar placements, program ads, a special cocktail, an interview and tv commercials on Fan Duel TV and trophy bottle presented throughout the day.

“We are thrilled to return to Kentucky Downs for the third consecutive year,” said Kentucky Senator Spirits co-founders Andre Regard and Damon Thayer. “This track is steeped in history and tradition- values we share in every bottle we produce. To have our bourbon poured and celebrated here is both an honor and an opportunity to share our story with a passionate, engaged audience.”

The Kentucky Downs spotlight provides more than just exposure- it places Kentucky Senator Bourbon alongside two of the state’s greatest cultural treasures: bourbon and horse racing. It is a unique stage to connect with new fans, deepen relationships with loyal supporters, and reinforce our mission to deliver a bourbon rich in character, heritage, and Kentucky Spirit.

CLERMONT, Ky.Aug. 19, 2025 — As fans gear up for the 2025-2026 football season, Knob Creek®, a founding spirit of the James B. Beam Small Batch Bourbon Collection™ and a leader in American Whiskey, proudly reunites with legendary quarterback and two-time champion Eli Manning for the next evolution of Knob Creek® Bold Picks—a season-long recognition of the bold selections fantasy football fans are making in pursuit of victory.

To commemorate the season, Knob Creek® and Eli Manning are reuniting for a new limited time offering: Knob Creek® Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon, Eli Manning’s Bold Pick: 2026 Batch, available nationwide just in time for the post-season.

“As football fans and bourbon makers, we respect the confidence it takes to win – on the field and at our distillery,” said Freddie Noe, Eighth Generation Master Distiller. “Welcoming Eli back to the distillery, we knew we wanted this year’s release to be bold. The Knob Creek® Eli Manning’s Bold Pick: 2026 Batch is bottled at cask strength; unfiltered, unapologetic, and made for those who stand by their convictions. It’s the kind of whiskey that speaks to the intensity of game day and the high standards we’ve upheld at Knob Creek®.”

About Knob Creek® Bourbon
Knob Creek® has set the standard for super-premium whiskey for three decades by crafting extraordinary full-flavored bourbon with a rich taste. Knob Creek® bourbons and ryes are patiently aged to perfection in new, maximum charred American Oak barrels to impart the biggest and fullest flavor on their whiskey. No matter the expression, Knob Creek® is crafted without shortcuts and embodies the pre-Prohibition style that founding distiller Booker Noe created in 1992. Since then, Knob Creek® has lived up to such standards with the introduction of Knob Creek® Straight Rye Whiskey in 2012, and later on, Knob Creek® Single Barrel Select Rye Whiskey. In recent years, Knob Creek® announced the permanent addition of Knob Creek® 12 Year Old Bourbon and launched three limited releases, Knob Creek® 15 Year Old Bourbon, Knob Creek® 18 Year Old Bourbon, and Knob Creek® Bourbon x Rye. Knob Creek has continued to build out its rye portfolio; the brand announced the addition of an age statement to its flagship rye whiskey, Knob Creek® 7 Year Old Rye Whiskey, and released Knob Creek® 10 Year Old Rye Whiskey.
