One is a dry, fruity and powerful 12-year-old rum from Worthy Park by way of Dornoch Castle and the Thompson Brothers, who bottled it for us. The second is an eight-year-old, single sherry-cask single malt from Benromach distillery – a vibrant and fruity whisky with a rich and smoky undercurrent.
