Whiskies associated with films, film stars and celebrities in general tend not to go down well – the only lasting example is the GoT Lagavulin, which was genuinely nice but in all honesty it’s hard to get Lagavulin wrong.

This thing has proven so popular that even beyond the stretch of Kingsman 2, this whisky is still around and people are still buying it because of the quality. Selected from the top floors of OF’s warehouses and batched at a higher proof, Statesman has cut it’s own groove into this Bourbon world as product that actually ended up being better than the film it was associated with.
