Mark’s Whisky Ramblings 224: Arran Rum Cask Finish for Belgium

Mark Dermul, Belgian whisky blogger, tries a small batch Arran. At the end of 2017 Arran launched a small batch of 900 bottles, exclusively for Belgium, of an Arran 2007 Rum Cask Finish. Cut to 46%, this is a surprisingly easy-going malt, which – if you are looking for complexity – is a bit of a let-down. If, however, you are looking for a sweet and soft after dinner dram, then this is for you.
