Karuizawa 1983 Single Cask #3557 / Only 50 Bottles
In 2015, 45 attendees of the Nepal Appeal Karuizawa Masterclass each paid £6,000 to try a selection of extremely rare Karuizawa. Each attendee was given a bottle of this single cask Karuizawa with all the proceeds of the event going towards aid in Nepal which suffered a series of devastating earthquakes earlier on in the year.
This month see’s the return of some of the most sought after bottlings to ever come out of Islay. Amongst a great line up we have what is thought to be the only official bottling of Port Ellen released while the distillery was active ; The Queen’s Visit, a fantastic sherry cask Bowmore from the mid 1950s which has been described as ‘in a league of its own’ plus lots more.

Glenfarclas 1955 50 Year Old / Bicentenary
An incredibly special bottle of Glenfarclas, selected by George Grant to celebrate the bi-centenary of the distillery’s founder, and his great, great, great, great Grandfather, John Grant. Only 110 were produced of this 50 Year Old, which comes in an attractive presentation box with certificate / scroll.
A well known selection of Clynelish are showcased this month with certain bottlings said to contain liquid from the original Clynelish distillery we know today as Brora.
