Macallan Edition No.2

So, Macallan, a distillery that has been celebrated for generations, as well as decades. This new release from them (2016) really does show case why this celebration is warranted. A collaboration of some of the finest palates and noses on the planet have united in order to combine some of the finest selection of sherry casks on the planet. Bob Delgano and the Roca brothers have come together to create and influence a style of Macallan that I have truly missed and am now more than happy to help celebrate this wonderful, heavy oak and dry style of classic Macallan.
