Hello folks! This week, we’re looking at the Islands distilleries in Scotland. There’s a fair few of them dotted around the Northern and Western coasts of Scotland, all creating wonderfully different styles and flavours for the whisky drinker to enjoy! Jura and Ledaig take the spotlight this week, both well established but one certainly more famous than the other, kinda like Simon and Garfunkel.
