While not the oldest of the gang, the OESK formula cask is the roundest and the smoothest on the palate. At 53.4%, there are flavors of dark cocoa and toasted vanilla that expand over the palate, before transitioning to chocolate-covered cherries and notes of earth and spice. This is going to be a very popular choice for fans of the creamier style, and with supplies as limited as they are we’re sure the word will spread fast.
