The Highland Park Ice
Inspired by the viking heritage of the Orkney island that Highland Park is home to, this 17 year old ice expression has been designed to replicate the the ice realm, Niflheim. Official Tasting Notes: A radiant whisky, natural in colour with mirror-like brightness. Up-front, vivid aromas of cool, fresh pineapple and mango sorbet give way to silvery shards of smoke and the frosty kick of root ginger. Like the Ice Giants themselves, the palate is powerful yet smooth, misty peat smoked inter-twined with vanilla seeds. A beautifully balanced finish, with lingering woodiness and spices. Bottled at 53.9% volume. (One bottle per customer)
Highland Park 1970
The third expression from the Highland Park Orcadian Vintage Series. Created from a mixture of butt and hogshead refill casks, the 1970 is bursting with flavours of caramelised pineapple and lemongrass, coupled with Highland Park’s signature peat and heather honey flavour. Bottled at 48% abv, Highland Park 1970 vintage is limited to 1,800 bottles worldwide.
Highland Park 1968
Drawn from eight hogshead refill casks, the Highland Park 1969 is 2nd edition from the Orcadian Vintage series and represents the highest quality that we have come to expect from this world class distillery. Bottled at 45.6% this expression is limited to on 1,550 bottles worldwide and contains a full bodied character with honey notes and lemongrass that Highland Park has become known for.
Highland Park 30 year old
This 30 year old expression is the second oldest in Highland Park’s range, and was released in 2013. A complex and award winning malt, that tops the bucket list of many whisky enthusiasts!
Highland Park 21 year old
Originally created exclusively for travel retail, this popular expression was released in October 2007 and is one of the best examples of Highland Park on the market. After a brief spell at a lower percentage abv, this whisky is back to its original strength and is aged in American oak, casks, giving the spirit an incredible sweet and smoky character.
Highland Park 18 Years Old
A multi-award winning expression from Highland Park, aged for 18 years. A delightfully complex malt, with layers of sweetness and delicate peat, it’s easy to see why this whisky won ‘Best spirit in the World’ in 2005.
Highland Park Dark Origins
This latest addition to the core expressions uses twice as many first fill sherry casks than in the classic Highland Park 12 year old resulting in a naturally darker, richer flavour. Well-balanced, dry peat at first mellowing out to maraschino cherries,
