Parker’s Heritage Collection
The 2015 release of Parker’s Heritage is a Kentucky straight malt whiskey, with a mash consisting of 65% malted barley with 35% corn. Age for eight full years on the 5th and 7th floors of the Rickhouse Y in Bardstown. Bottled at 108 proof (54% vol), without chill filtration.

This release from Garrison Brothers is the first straight bourbon whiskey to be legally produced in Texas. Handcrafted from a sweet mash of premium, #1 food-grade organic grain that is gently copper distilled just one batch at a time. Their special ingredient is pure Texas Hill country rain water that’s harvested from the rooftops of the distillery. The water goes through several filtering processes in a ‘closed loop’, including ozonisation and ultraviolet light. The result is incredibly pure h2o.
