Introducing Chapter 10
Today sees the second ever release of chapter 10 first released in 2010.
This incredibly special and rare whisky started its life maturing in an olorosso cask. The end result is an incredible rich and dry single malt whisky.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE:
Quite heavy with raisins and dried fruit. Rich fruit cake, christmas pudding with wine gums, dates with a hint of marzipan. A delicate waft of aniseed breezes in after a while.
TASTE:
Again very fruity, rosehip syrup. Citrus fruits. Full bodied and quite chewy with a long, fruity finish. Very dry.
