Getting right into the Dark Mofo spirit, we’ve crafted a very special run of only 49 bottles to celebrate winter in Paradise. During our big move a few weeks ago we came across barrels that we haven’t had access to for many years. Naturally we sampled…and then came up with the genius idea of creating a malt that best represents winter here in Paradise.
