Previously one of the most popular whiskies in the US, Rye is quickly becoming fashionable once again due to a prominent increase in ‘cocktail culture’. Made with at least 51% rye, Pikesville is stored in charred white oak casks to develop and enhance its flavour. With a sharp, fruity nose and a definite spice on the palate, this is an enticing whisky. Drink neat with perhaps a little water, or add some ginger ale to really bring out the spice!
