After many days and nights locked in our deep, dark cellar with just a few dozen bottles, a cocktail shaker and a Jack Russell for company, we are more than a little excited to invite you to a very special evening of potion making! Cocktail genius and maestro Martyn Simpson, owner of the cocktail bar and restaurant ‘Coal Vaults’ on Wardour Street, will be giving a whisk(e)y-based cocktail masterclass and tasting in our cellar. Come along to learn how to make a perfect Manhattan, give a Whiskey Sour an unexpected twist, discover some of Coal Vaults’ own inventions (including the renowned ‘Oliver Reed’) and, more importantly, give them all a try!
