Mark Dermul, Belgian whisky blogger, tries an old bottle of Harvey Mackay’s Blended Scotch Whisky. All he knows is that it was bottled in the 1970s. A light, innocent blend, typical of that era’s palate. But quite nice in its own right, as he discovered at the foot of the castle in Lassay Les Chateaux.
