Chef Paul Kitching and his team have devised a special menu for the occasion, which takes place on Thursday 17th January, featuring both the Glengoyne 10yo and 18yo to complement everything from Macsween haggis and chestnut soup to fillet of tender middle cut beef and glazed lemon tart.
