New Scotch and Food Pairing Menu Feature

Elaborate food and spirit tasting events are finally getting the attention they deserve. Chefs seem more emboldened than ever in their experimentation with the whisky flavor palate beyond the consideration that it should go with dessert.  The industry is building a proverbial treasure trove of exquisite and savory pairing examples which unfortunately disappears after each singular event.

The aim of this new series is to collect and share these “DRAMatic” menus while extolling the creativity of these Chef pioneers.  Recipes added to each article will hopefully inspire some culinary courage among the general public to not limit their conception or their dinner parties to a sip after meals.
