Another peated variant from Glen Keith made with less peat than Craigduff and almost none now. Very fruity, soft, sweet, with an oily (bicycle oil) swallow. Pleasing, long finish that gets fruitier with a slight spent-match flourish. Nice.

An all-round good dram with a little of everything in the fruit, smoke and chocolate boxes. Initially there is smoke, (cordite – as spent fireworks), fruit and oak. The opening smoke disperses quickly raising fascination. It’s well balanced, there is nothing dominant and swallowing brings fruit, smoke and, heather, yes heather.
