We’ill taste some wonderful single malts from Gordon & MacPhail, the owners of Benromach Distillery and one of our favorite independent bottlers. David Wishart,  the author of  Whisky Classified, one of my favorite whisky books because he uses a flavor profile that identifies aroma and taste and does not use the point score score system. We’ve also taken in a limited number of Glencairn Whisky Glasses. These are an immeasurable aid in the enjoyment of the scotch drinking experience, supplies are first-come, first-served. This will be the last tasting of the year. If you need gifts for the scotch lover there will be some great single malts. Bring a friend or a co worker, your boss, or come by yourself.
