Tormore Legacy 2003 is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky from the renowned Speyside distillery. Distilled in May 2003 and matured in a first fill Bourbon barrel, this expression has developed a rich character over more than two decades . Bottled in March 2025, it captures the essence of Tormore’s craftsmanship with notes influenced by the vanilla and oak characteristics typical of Bourbon cask maturation.
Bottled by Elixir Distillers at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 226 bottles.
Tormore, built in 1960 on the edge of the Cairngorms in Speyside, is one of Scotland’s most striking distilleries, known for its modernist architecture and landscaped grounds. It produces a light, fruity, and gently floral style single malt, often showing notes of apple, citrus, soft malt sweetness, and a clean, crisp finish. Long used mainly for blending, Tormore’s spirit has gained more attention in recent years for its elegant, easy-drinking Speyside character and its visually iconic distillery setting.
