Linkwood 14 Years Old “Skene Dhu”

This single malt from Linkwood Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland is known for producing a light, floral spirit. It was distilled in 2011 and aged for 14 years, spending it’s last maturing period in an European Oak Ex-Oloroso cask before bottling in 2025. It was bottled by Skene Scotch Whisky for the “Skene Dhu” collection, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration.
Established in 1821 on the outskirts of Elgin in Speyside, Linkwood is celebrated for its refined, floral, and fruity single malts. The distillery’s slow distillation process, using traditional wooden washbacks and large copper stills, produces a smooth, aromatic spirit known for elegance and depth. Much of Linkwood’s whisky is used in top-quality blends such as Johnnie Walker and White Horse, though its single malts are highly regarded for their gentle sweetness and complexity. Now owned by Diageo, Linkwood continues to embody the classic, graceful character that defines Speyside whisky.
