Incredible single malts are being crafted right across the country – including down in Goa, the coastal paradise that celebrated maker Paul John calls home. We teamed up with the distillery team to select our very own cask for bottling as a Milroy’s exclusive. We were spoilt for choice, but eventually landed on this delicious, unpeated ex-bourbon barrel. Distilled back in 2017, it offers an array of vibrant fruit and rich cereal notes. The perfect sipping treat on a grey December day.
