Our Tasting Panel are a creative bunch. In addition to approving all the whisky we bottle, they’re the ones who write our Tasting Notes and give each bottle a unique name. While Christmassy flavours can be experienced at any point in the year, from time to time the Panel is overtaken by the spirit of all things festive.
