SPRINGBANK 12YO CASK STRENGTH

The upcoming release of Springbank 12 Year Old Cask Strength is matured exclusively in Bourbon casks — this is the first batch to use 100% Bourbon casks since 2021.

NOSE A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.

PALATE The complexity builds in the palate, with notes of smoke cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.

FINISH Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.
