The eagerly awaited London Edition 2025 from Japan’s Chichibu distillery is a vatting of ten ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Expect mandarin, ginger, and vanilla on the nose, with candied citrus, dark chocolate, and brown sugar on the palate, leading to a finish of dried fruits and baking spice.

CHICHIBU 10 YEAR OLD
Chichibu’s 10 year old release was matured in a mix of casks and opens with orchard fruits, honey and vanilla on the nose. The palate carries sweet fruit layered with cinnamon, clove and maple syrup, leading to a long finish of lingering warmth and balanced fruit.
