TASTING DAY : HOKUTO 12 YO by SUNTORY.
Nose: a walk in forest with timbered notes very present. The walk continues in an orchard of fruits white, notes of fishing, banana and pleasant floral scents.
Palate: soft and silky, the oak is present and confirms the nose. the roasted nut notes are perceptible.
Finish: rather short and a little maturity misses.
