Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2025 Release – 10 Years Old
Loch Gorm 2025 Edition is the first ever Loch Gorm aged for over 10 years in oloroso sherry butts. Anthony selected 23 oloroso sherry butts in total, 20 fresh (first fill), 3 refill (second fill).
“10 years maturation in Sherry casks has added an abundance of rich spices, dark fruit and barbecue sweetness to the light citrus and peaty character of Kilchoman” – Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder.
Nose Caramelised custard tart, freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.
Palate Honey roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.
Finish Lingering finish with a savoury undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.
