This bottling (44.2% abv) is the fourth release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil. Created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, the liquid matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks.

HAMISH SAYS………

Nose: Inviting aromas of fresh green apples, vanilla, and honeycomb are complemented by the warmth of toasted oak, cinnamon, and a hint of nutmeg.

Palate: Rich and velvety, with layers of dried fruits, including figs and raisins, interwoven with notes of creamy caramel, milk chocolate, and subtle citrus zest. The influence of oak adds depth, with hints of spice and toasted almonds.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering notes of oak, soft spices, and a delicate sweetness that gradually fades, leaving a warm and satisfying aftertaste.
