AMONTILLADO CASK MATURED

This new Springbank 10yo bottling is the third edition in our five-part Sherry Wood Series, matured for 5 years in Bourbon casks followed by 5 years in Fresh Amontillado Sherry.

NOSE
There is an earthy, mustiness on the nose, along with notes of hazelnut, maraschino cherries and blood orange.

PALATE
Notes of cured meats, gorse and tobacco box are balanced with sweet hints of coconut and treacle.

FINISH
A dry finish with notes of wood shavings and tarragon. Age: 10 Years Old
