12 Year Old Sherry Cask

The newest edition to the Tomatin Single Malts Collection is matured exclusively in Sherry casks for 12 years. The Sherry casks used compliment the rich, fruity character of the Tomatin spirit perfectly; caramelised apple and pear lead on the nose, balanced with a wonderful mix of sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather. Deeper on the palate with notes of chocolate fudge and manuka honey, along with dried fruit and nuts brought forward by the Sherry casks. The finish is warm and round with a sweet, cinnamon spice.
