In the second year of Lochlea’s seasonal batch releases, a limited edition bottling from the Lowland farm distillery. Aged within a combination of Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry butts, which has given it this richly dark colour. Fallow Edition (Second Crop) is a limited edition bottling from the Lowland farm distillery. It has been aged within a combination of Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry butts, which has given it this richly dark colour. Bottled at 46% abv, free from chill filtration.

Palate: coffee beans and sweetly spiced candied ginger
Finish: freshly crushed almonds
