Nose: rich vanilla aromas lead to ripe red apple, hint of waxy lemon zest and sweet malted biscuit.

Taste: smooth and creamy with exotic fruit flavours giving way to chocolate and lime. Ginger spice and dried apricot are tempered by mature oak.

Finish: a smooth finish with lingering aniseed, leaving a menthol edge.
