Distiller’s notes: Single Malt Yoichi 1989 is made from four different types of malt whiskies, distilled at Nikka Whisky Yoichi Distillery in 1989. Re-charred cask, new cask and sherry butt are used for maturation. Light and heavy peated malt whiskies filled in re-charred casks add character to this single malt.
