Ben Nevis 2012 Octave

This single malt was distilled in 2012 at Ben Nevis Distillery, located in Fort William. It was aged in a single cask, followed by a 4-month finishing in a sherry octave. It was bottled by Duncan Taylor exclusively for our shop, without chill filtration or artificial colouring.

NOSE  Herbal, lime zest, green tea, fresh apple juice.

PALATE Gentle sherry, leather, orchard fruits, caramel shortcake, a hint of spice.
