Glenallachie distillery’s new peated whisky range Meikle Tòir – meaning ‘big pursuit’ – has arrived. Led by celebrated master distiller Billy Walker, this trio of peated single malts were matured for five years to capture more of its bold smoke flavours, using a variety of casks such as virgin Chinquapin oak, sherry and rye casks.
