A plethora of Oloroso- and Pedro Ximenez Sherry-matured Speyside single malts make up this marvellous bottling. Not only have they slumbered in a range of hogsheads and butts, they then take on additional flavour through a final 15 months of PX-cask finishing. Just 15 of these casks, from Bodega José y Miguel Martin, have been chosen for bottling. A deeply rich, luxuriously weighty blended malt awaits. 

Nose: Dark fruits come to the fore, most dominant being sultanas, prunes and black cherry. There’s a warm nuttiness, along with raw, dusty cacao.

Palate: A big, round, velvety mouthfeel offers dark chocolate, nutmeg and incense-like notes, along with more sultanas and desiccated orange. 

Finish: Medium-length and gently drying.
