Introducing Cask No. 4.371: Meditation mode & Cask No. 4.366: Kelp me if you can the perfect voyage in a bottling for any member setting sails for their next whisky journey.

Cask No. 4.371 brings sweet lavender, heather and cinnamon, coming from a lit incense stick, almost taking you into a state of meditation. To taste we moved to Spain and enjoyed a seafood paella accompanied by a glass of shiraz, with enticing flavours of vanilla and smoky berries in the finish.

Continuing our holiday to the seaside, Cask No. 4.366: Kelp me if you can is a mist of salty sea spray carried in the breeze onto fresh oysters, smoked mussels and battered haddock while heather honey was poured over caramel ice cream in a cone. A coastal wonder!
