The first cask strength release from Lochlea Distillery has been matured in 1st fill bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at a big 60.1% abv. Batch #1 represents the first of an annual release aiming to showcase Lochlea whisky direct from the warehouse, with no colouring and no chill filtering.

This limited release boasts a nose of fruit punch, cigar notes and coffee beans leading into a taste of signature Lochlea fruit, Brazil nuts, completing with orange syrup mixed with aged oak shavings.
