Longtime Scotch importer and expert Ed Kohl will be teaching us the art of single cask selection and demonstrating the quality of whisky available from independant bottlers. This seminar will feature cask selections from Signatory and newly introduced Chieftain’s Choice, as well as showing of the sublime, peated delight of Isle of Skye and Smokhead. $15 W/Binny’s Card / $20 non-members.
