This is a classic Highland sherry bomb, with rich sherried notes further amplified by the higher abv of 54.5% – try it with a drop of water to unlock some further hidden delights. Aged for 15 years and limited to just 300 bottles, we recommend grabbing one of these whilst you can!

On the nose expect an array of complex aromas including notes of marzipan, Maraschino cherries and dark fruits. On the palate you’ll discover luxuriously deep sherry notes which are balanced perfectly with hints of liquorice, ground coffee and fresh cinnamon. The dram closes with a surprising tropical twist with notes of Mango and Papaya coming to the fore. This whisky also pairs perfectly with dark chocolate with the bitter notes of the chocolate complementing the complex sherry notes of the whisky perfectly.
