From their low rye mashbill, which is still very high rye (75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malt), this barrel exemplifies the potential this still underrated distillery possesses. Considering the quality, age and price, it’s one of the most exciting new offerings on the market. The Coppercraft Distillery is committed to producing the finest possible craft spirits on the market today. To that end the distill, source and blend only the very best. With an eye to the old french cognac blenders, they’re goal create whiskey such that the some of the parts is greater than the whole. Their highly awarded line of products is pointed by the release of these specially selected single barrels, which obviously don’t get the usual treatment, but are selected for their unique character and quality.
