Ross & Squibb Distillery (formerly MGP) blends five bourbons aged between 8 and 14 years to create a layered and leathery whiskey, overflowing on the nose with herbal candies, bright baking spices, and toasted oak. The palate is spicier and fruitier, with cinnamon candies, Maraschino cherries, and prickly pepper. The finish has great length, weaving in chocolate, more oak, and a hint of berry sweetness.
