60ml / 2 oz of The Peat Monster
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lemon zest to garnish
1 sugar cube
Ice
Add one sugar cube to a rocks glass, then add the Bitters. Muddle the sugar. Add ice, then the whisky, and stir. Garnish with lemon zest. 180ml / 6 oz boiling water

2 lemon wedges
2 cloves
Stud each lemon wedge with a clove. Put one wedge and one cinnamon stick into each glass. Stir the whisky and honey together in a mixing glass. Pour the mixture evenly into both glasses. Top it up with boiling water. Serve and enjoy.

Fill a Highball glass with ice and then add the whisky. Top with the ginger ale. Add orange peel to garnish. Serve and enjoy.
