In September Mark took Dearly Beloved and his good friend Manny on a trip across the Scottish Highlands. In this third part of a four part series they enjoy the beauty of Orkney, are hosted to a fantastic private tour of the Highland Park distillery, return to the mainland to visit Wolfburn in Thurso and then trek across the mighty Highlands.
